The second floor of the casa has two bedrooms, two full baths and a central office area. This floor has thermostatically controlled radiant floor heating. The office area has a comfortable desk with ergonomic chair, Vonage phone line and wireless internet computer hookup.
The second bedroom has an American queen size bed, bedside tables, an ample dresser, block out curtains, and closet. It overlooks a quiet street and has views of the hills.
The large master bedroom has an American queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan over the bed, block out curtains, two oversize upholstered easy chairs with ottoman and side tables, wood beamed ceiling, (non-working) fireplace, two french doors and a window out to balcony. Sensational views from inside and out. The walk-thru closet has loads of space for hanging as well as built in dressers on both side, shoe racks, laundry hampers, iron & ironing board. The master bath has a separate shower and tub and double sinks.
